I hear you, but you know what? This one doesn't feel like the usual FebFunk. The officials ruined the game against the Devs (the Devils executed and deserve the credit and the win and the Flyers imploded which they can't do, but the game was heavily influenced by the horrific officiating). They came out flat in the Ranger game but battled back only to be undone by their terrible goaler. And if they played every game like they did last night I'd be very happy.

I don't think this will become the annual post All-Star break swoon we've seen the past few seasons.

Im with you downes...something needs to happen. Im really hoping that somehow we have to aquire a solid D Man without having to give up too much. Maybe a 1st and second? I wouldnt give that much for Luke Schenn but thats a pretty big kid. Mez is probably our biggest d-man and he doesnt nearly use his body as much as he should. Obviously none of this matters if the Bryzsuckov doesnt pull his head out of you know what. What a nightmare, go figure FLyers finally spend a ton of money on a goalie and he stinks. I know a lot of fans want Bob in there but his overall stats arent much better. Both goalies really struggle with consistency.
